Designs and maintains data pipelines integrating MES, ERP, engineering, quality, test, and supplier data. Develops dashboards, statistical analytics, automation scripts, digital workflows, and AI-assisted solutions to improve operational performance, yield, quality, safety, and productivity. Collaborates cross-functionally on requirements, process mapping, documentation, governance, version control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead Lean Six Sigma deployment, Kaizen events, DMAIC projects, belt training, root-cause problem solving, process documentation, and manufacturing efficiency improvements. Develop bare-metal firmware for an STM32H7-based multichannel thermal control system. Implement temperature acquisition, multiple PID control loops, and Ethernet communications. Support hardware bring-up, board-level troubleshooting, integration, validation, performance testing, and firmware optimization. Deliver production-ready, fault-tolerant firmware, validated hardware, high-throughput Ethernet infrastructure, maintainable source code, and technical documentation.

Supports semiconductor automated test equipment in an engineering laboratory through hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting. Diagnoses RF, analog, and digital tester issues, analyzes measurement discrepancies, researches schematics and documentation, maintains spare-parts inventory, processes service tickets, and collaborates with engineering and technical support teams to reproduce and resolve customer issues. The role requires electronic test equipment experience and offers a path toward field service support.

Design and implement FPGA solutions for semiconductor test instruments from concept through manufacturing. Responsibilities include RTL design and simulation, system-level FPGA architecture, high-speed interfaces (PCIe, JESD), DDR memory subsystems, DSP, board bring-up, debugging, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with hardware and software teams.

Read and interpret mechanical drawings, create simple lathe programs, understand and use G-code, and manually perform lathe machining operations.
