Manage customer enquiries, purchase orders, order confirmations, sales order communication, backlog tracking, shipment updates, PO records, and customer reporting. The role supports accurate, timely end-to-end order processing and sales operations while coordinating with internal operations teams.

Develops, debugs, and integrates application programs for customer test specifications in the ATE and semiconductor industry. Conduct applied AI and machine learning research for semiconductor testing. Define ambiguous technical problems, develop measurable evaluation methods, build and fine-tune models, and create RAG, knowledge-graph, and agent systems. Translate unstructured tester documentation and protocols into production solutions, collaborate with engineering and domain experts, and deploy tools that improve workflows. The role also requires monitoring emerging AI technologies and proposing new research directions.

Leads and contributes hands-on to development of an AI engineering platform for semiconductor testing. Designs agent tooling, RAG systems, cloud and air-gapped inference infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, reusable AI patterns, and agent-facing UIs. Sets technical direction, selects hardware and inference stacks, manages production systems, resolves cross-team architecture decisions, and guides a small engineering team. Requires strong distributed systems, software development, leadership, communication, and LLM/agent tooling expertise.

Coordinates material availability, purchase requests, work orders, shipment requests, inventory reservations, and pre-production activities for sales orders. Monitors order and material status, works with planners, Program Managers, Warehouse, Engineering, and Order Management, and ensures correct parts, revisions, quantities, and quality acceptance before shipment. Requires knowledge of supply chain or inventory management, ERP systems, data analytics, and statistics.

Designs and develops mechanical contactors and associated hardware, including detailed drawings, assemblies, bills of materials, engineering change orders, and design refinements. Participates in requirements definition, development, fabrication, testing, customer support, and manufacturing integration. Supports manufacturing operations, modifies fabricated parts, ensures design availability, and provides technical assistance to users.

Estimate testing efforts, improve QA practices, and provide daily direction to SQA Technicians.

Reviews customer purchase orders against quotations, coordinates product and option-item data preparation, and supports order confirmation and fulfillment readiness. Collaborates with sales support, order management, document control, and engineering teams on new product or part creation, production release changes, and follow-up tracking. The role also maintains project execution records and pending-item status.

Lead firmware development and ownership for legacy and new electromechanical products. Develop bare-metal C/C++ firmware for STM32H7 microcontrollers, bring up boards, build peripheral drivers, debug hardware, and maintain a Windows-based C++ GUI. Support Ethernet, CAN, serial, and scripting interfaces; document requirements, architectures, protocols, testing, and releases. Provide customer and sales support, train users, manage Git traceability, and prioritize work independently across multiple projects.

Supports HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract renewals, separations, recruitment coordination, employee records, benefits administration, reporting, compliance, audits, employer branding, and HR projects. Serves as a first-level contact for employee queries while maintaining accurate, confidential documentation and supporting continuous process improvement.

Designs and supports RF semiconductor test solutions using ATE hardware and software. Provides technical guidance, supports production releases, documents results, and contributes to system development, demonstrations, and technical publications. The role requires RF, analog, digital, mixed-signal, and software expertise, customer engagement, and occasional travel.

Provides technical support for key customers by analyzing equipment and process issues, coordinating root-cause resolution, maintaining customer-specific technical information, supporting beta evaluations and onsite installations, training customers, issuing technical bulletins, and escalating complex multidisciplinary problems.
