Acts as the primary customer contact, monitors account health, advocates for customer needs, identifies improvement opportunities, and coordinates with sales and applications teams on growth. The role requires extensive hands-on handler experience, electromechanical troubleshooting skills, strong communication, and primarily customer-site work in the Philippines.

Manage a cross-functional manufacturing product team, including planners, process engineers, VMC programmers, and production supervisors. Lead team activities, budgeting, CAPEX planning, factory growth, NPI transfers, KPI reporting, productivity improvements, quality initiatives, and zero-defect programs. Deploy manufacturing and quality tools including 8D, FMEA, Control Plans, OCAP, and DMAIC. Partner with supply chain and procurement to ensure production capacity requirements are met.

Serve as the semiconductor backend test subject matter expert for a prescriptive analytics product. Validate automated recommendations, define requirements, assess yield and equipment issues, and translate test-floor expertise into product improvements. Support customer deployments, workflow integration, training, technical consultation, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and pre-sales evaluations. Act as the customer voice while influencing Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

Lead system-level requirement analysis, architecture, and validation for complex mechatronic systems. Author specifications, drive concept selection, manage interfaces, risk assessments, certification compliance, patent support, simulation/CAE modeling, and cross-functional design reviews. Collaborate with customers and stakeholders and support detailed parts and assembly design.

Act as systems-level expert supporting new product development and design. Define system requirements, perform feasibility assessments, lead design and verification reviews, and execute V&V using DAQ equipment. Own and maintain lab test benches and equipment, prepare test setups, analyze data, and resolve field/factory issues. Provide technical guidance, implement lean practices, and support customers, occasionally working extended hours or traveling as required.

Support the General Counsel on corporate governance, SEC/regulatory compliance, IP portfolio management, contract lifecycle management, M&A due diligence and closings, legal research, risk assessments, and cross-functional coordination with finance, HR, investor relations, and engineering.

Design and develop automation and electromechanical systems for semiconductor test equipment. Provide technical and functional security support for Oracle Fusion Cloud and related applications. Manage access provisioning/deprovisioning, troubleshoot roles and data security issues, maintain role and service-account documentation, support BI permissions, assist projects and consultants, and ensure SOX compliance for Oracle access controls.

Lead ISG operations (~400 people) across machine shop, assembly & test, planning, warehouse and related functions. Own budgeting and CAPEX, capacity planning and NPI/product transfers. Drive Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement, quality programs (8D, FMEA, Control Plans, DMAIC), KPI performance, customer satisfaction and supply chain quality. Build leadership capability, ensure health & safety, and uphold corporate ethics.

Assist QA activities on a project basis: execute tests, document results, log defects, support test case creation, and help maintain quality documentation and basic reporting.

Manage end-to-end capital equipment projects: accept contracts, plan and publish schedules, mitigate risks, coordinate procurement, ensure quality and on-time delivery, lead cross-functional teams, handle installation and customer acceptance, and complete project documentation and wrap-up.

Manage manufacturing engineering for new product introductions: provide DFM feedback, develop and optimize assembly processes, design tooling/fixtures, support prototypes and first production builds, manage ECOs and BOM/configuration control, prepare transfer packages and support Asia site launches, supervise the manufacturing engineering team, and lead SPC-driven continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

Lead and develop a vision engineering team to ensure customer specifications, standardize products/processes, improve manufacturability, own KPIs, drive continuous improvement, contribute to global vision strategy, and coordinate resources across projects with moderate-to-high travel.
