Oversee night-shift manufacturing operations, production scheduling, resource allocation, quality, safety, and order fulfillment. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, track throughput and performance KPIs, address production issues, coordinate maintenance, and maintain documentation. Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous-improvement initiatives using statistical analysis and quality tools to improve productivity, efficiency, and defect prevention.

Plans and schedules factory production in alignment with demand, capacity, shipment commitments, and the Master Production Schedule. Reviews and releases work orders, monitors throughput, OEE, cycle time, WIP, and production KPIs, and coordinates issue resolution across departments. Maintains manufacturing commit dates, manages exceptions, engineering changes, nonconforming materials, RMA orders, and delay tracking. Supports root-cause analysis, corrective actions, 8D, and 5S activities.

Designs, develops, tests, validates, and deploys software fixes, enhancements, and customer-specific solutions for fielded systems. Diagnoses customer escalations, implements corrective changes, supports installations and production ramp activities, performs regression and release-readiness testing, and creates troubleshooting and deployment documentation. Provides regional customer support across Taiwan and Asia-Pacific while collaborating with global engineering teams.
