Plan and execute system-level manual and automated testing for software releases involving electro-mechanical equipment. Develop and debug C# test scripts, perform functional and regression testing, document defects in Jira, analyze release quality metrics using SQL or scripting, and collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and verify fixes. Estimate testing efforts, improve QA practices, and provide daily direction to SQA Technicians.

Reviews customer purchase orders against quotations, coordinates product and option-item data preparation, and supports order confirmation and fulfillment readiness. Collaborates with sales support, order management, document control, and engineering teams on new product or part creation, production release changes, and follow-up tracking. The role also maintains project execution records and pending-item status.

Conducts First Article Inspections and detailed part inspections using CMMs and other measurement equipment. Analyzes deviations, leads root cause investigations, implements corrective and preventive actions, maintains inspection records, and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers. The role also performs supplier audits, supports lean manufacturing initiatives, and drives continuous quality improvement.
