Creative Designer Intern responsible for managing social media content, creating Meta, Google, and YouTube ad creatives, producing short-form videos, and designing marketing collateral. The role includes developing campaign concepts, maintaining brand guidelines, analyzing creative performance, and iterating based on engagement and advertising data. Candidates should have strong design, typography, layout, motion graphics, video editing, collaboration, and organizational skills. This is a six-month, full-time, in-person internship in Bangalore with potential for a full-time role.

Provides customer support to parents and teachers through chat, email, and calls. Responsibilities include technical assistance, escalation resolution within SLAs, class scheduling and rescheduling, and improving customer retention and satisfaction. The role requires handling high query volumes empathetically while maintaining quality and working under pressure in an in-person Bangalore office.

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing parents, assess their needs, qualify leads, book and confirm free trial classes, nurture prospects across calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS, and hand qualified leads to the Business Development team. Maintain accurate CRM records, track performance metrics, and meet daily and monthly targets in an onsite, shift-flexible environment.

Lead Codingal’s global organic growth and brand engine, with SEO as the primary mandate. Own technical, content, programmatic, product-led, and AI-era SEO; grow qualified traffic, leads, enrolments, and revenue. Lead brand, content, PR, communications, and social media strategies while building a high-performing team. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and leadership, manage agencies, establish measurement systems, and strengthen Codingal’s authority, visibility, brand trust, and organic acquisition across global markets.

Lead and execute Codingal's curriculum roadmap across Coding, Math, and ELA. Manage a curriculum team and external SMEs, ensure lesson and assessment quality, strengthen teacher training and evaluation, integrate AI into learning experiences, and collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to improve student engagement and retention. Build scalable curriculum systems, feedback loops, and launch processes to drive measurable learning outcomes and operational consistency.

Own and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, remarketing, and video channels. Manage large monthly budgets, generate MQLs and SQLs, improve landing-page conversion rates, track ROI, report campaign performance, and support acquisition across India, the US, and international markets. Collaborate with business development, monitor competitors, and ensure marketing communications follow brand guidelines.

Manage retention, renewals, and referrals for existing students. Engage customers via calls/messages, resolve parent feedback, hit monthly renewal targets, and cultivate profitable relationships in a performance-driven environment.

Refine and develop age-appropriate AI and coding curriculum for K-12 learners. Responsibilities include improving lesson plans, assignments, quizzes, code examples, and activities; simplifying complex concepts; identifying student learning gaps; collaborating with teachers; updating content on AI and coding trends; and creating projects using tools such as ChatGPT, Hugging Face, and scikit-learn.
