Own Codingal’s end-to-end talent acquisition function, including hiring planning, high-volume non-technical recruiting, senior and leadership searches, recruiter coaching, ATS and funnel management, sourcing channels, agency performance, and weekly hiring metrics. The role is a player-coach position requiring personal ownership of difficult searches while building and managing a recruiting team. It is based in-office in Bengaluru and involves six-day workweeks.

Own and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, remarketing, and video channels. Manage large monthly budgets, generate MQLs and SQLs, improve landing-page conversion rates, track ROI, report campaign performance, and support acquisition across India, the US, and international markets. Collaborate with business development, monitor competitors, and ensure marketing communications follow brand guidelines.

Full-cycle recruiter managing high-volume hiring across Customer Service, Student Operations, Sales/BD, Pre-Sales and internships. Source, screen, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, maintain ATS (Dover), manage sourcing channels, and partner with hiring managers to meet monthly hiring targets.

Drive B2C sales by following up with prospects through calls, email, WhatsApp and SMS, close deals within the sales cycle, hit monthly targets, track conversion and revenue metrics, and contribute to team performance in a high-growth, performance-driven environment.

Manage retention, renewals, and referrals for existing students. Engage customers via calls/messages, resolve parent feedback, hit monthly renewal targets, and cultivate profitable relationships in a performance-driven environment.

Lead Codingal’s global organic growth and brand engine, with SEO as the primary mandate. Own technical, content, programmatic, product-led, and AI-era SEO; grow qualified traffic, leads, enrolments, and revenue. Lead brand, content, PR, communications, and social media strategies while building a high-performing team. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and leadership, manage agencies, establish measurement systems, and strengthen Codingal’s authority, visibility, brand trust, and organic acquisition across global markets.

Lead and execute Codingal's curriculum roadmap across Coding, Math, and ELA. Manage a curriculum team and external SMEs, ensure lesson and assessment quality, strengthen teacher training and evaluation, integrate AI into learning experiences, and collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to improve student engagement and retention. Build scalable curriculum systems, feedback loops, and launch processes to drive measurable learning outcomes and operational consistency.
