Creative Designer Intern responsible for managing social media content, creating Meta, Google, and YouTube ad creatives, producing short-form videos, and designing marketing collateral. The role includes developing campaign concepts, maintaining brand guidelines, analyzing creative performance, and iterating based on engagement and advertising data. Candidates should have strong design, typography, layout, motion graphics, video editing, collaboration, and organizational skills. This is a six-month, full-time, in-person internship in Bangalore with potential for a full-time role.

Lead brand, content, PR, communications, and social media strategies while building a high-performing team. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and leadership, manage agencies, establish measurement systems, and strengthen Codingal’s authority, visibility, brand trust, and organic acquisition across global markets.
