Own Codingal’s end-to-end talent acquisition function, including hiring planning, high-volume non-technical recruiting, senior and leadership searches, recruiter coaching, ATS and funnel management, sourcing channels, agency performance, and weekly hiring metrics. The role is a player-coach position requiring personal ownership of difficult searches while building and managing a recruiting team. It is based in-office in Bengaluru and involves six-day workweeks.

Own and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, remarketing, and video channels. Manage large monthly budgets, generate MQLs and SQLs, improve landing-page conversion rates, track ROI, report campaign performance, and support acquisition across India, the US, and international markets. Collaborate with business development, monitor competitors, and ensure marketing communications follow brand guidelines.
