Lead finance integrations, standardize systems and procedures, oversee payroll and transactional accounting, and develop accounting staff while partnering with regional finance and operations teams.

Own accounting for an acquired operating company, including monthly close, project accounting, ASC 606 revenue recognition, job costing, WIP, financial reporting, cash forecasting, intercompany accounting, audits, tax compliance, controls, budgeting, and KPI reporting. The Controller will also standardize processes, support ERP implementations, oversee payroll and transactional accounting, lead accounting staff, and guide teams through operational changes.

Owns day-to-day accounting operations for an operating company, including monthly close, financial reporting, project accounting, revenue recognition, job costing, forecasting, controls, payroll oversight, and audit support. The manager partners with regional finance teams, supports ERP implementations, and may supervise accounting staff. The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, multi-entity accounting experience, Excel skills, and hands-on close ownership.
