Owns day-to-day accounting for a single entity, including AP, AR, month-end close, financial reporting, union and AIA billing compliance, revenue recognition, job costing, and process adherence. Partners with project managers and operations leadership, maintains accurate records using ServiceTitan, improves accounting workflows, and supports future shared-services and system implementation initiatives.

Lead HR for Entrance Solutions vertical (~200 employees across six partner companies), driving retention and eNPS, owning payroll and benefits via Miter rollout, building a unified HR playbook, managing employee relations and compliance, and coaching distributed HR/admin teams to improve field technician retention and operational consistency.

The Operating Executive will oversee P&L performance across partner companies, drive revenue growth, integrate acquisitions, and strengthen leadership teams.
