Provide diagnostic ultrasound exams for adults, explain procedures and obtain consent, follow radiation safety and infection-control protocols, document care, maintain equipment and exam rooms, participate in quality improvement and adhere to hospital policies and ethics.

Provides hospital-wide clinical leadership and staffing oversight during night and weekend shifts. Acts as primary clinical resource and escalation point, covers breaks and direct patient care as needed, coordinates staffing and patient flow, responds to emergencies, completes audits, documents shift activity, and supports quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Coordinates and completes MDS resident assessments, ensures Medicare/Medicaid compliance, leads interdisciplinary care planning, oversees timely documentation and quality of nursing care, participates in surveys and committees, and assists the Director of Nursing with supervisory duties.

Maintain a safe, clean environment in patient-care areas under EVS Supervisor direction. Perform routine and terminal cleaning, handle waste disposal, follow infection-control and safety procedures, maintain supplies and equipment, attend trainings, and communicate with nursing staff.

Provide and supervise inpatient medication distribution and clinical pharmacy services including sterile compounding/IV admixture, verify and enter medication orders, maintain medication records and inventory, educate patients and staff, supervise technicians/interns, support Director of Pharmacy, perform monthly inspections, and be available for on-call emergencies.

Perform a wide range of clinical laboratory tests (chemistry, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, transfusion, serology, microbiology); collect and process specimens; perform QC, preventative maintenance, instrument troubleshooting; prepare specimens for pathology/reference labs; maintain inventories and clerical records; follow safety and regulatory standards and participate in ongoing education.
