Leads the compliance function for CMC Markets Invest Singapore’s stockbroking business. Ensures adherence to MAS and other financial services, AML, corporate affairs, and regulatory requirements; maintains compliance frameworks and monitoring programs; advises and trains business teams; coordinates audits; manages regulatory relationships, investigations, complaints, reporting, policy updates, and compliance risks.
