Business Analyst supporting product and project delivery within a financial services programme. Responsibilities include eliciting and documenting requirements, analyzing workflows, managing epics and user stories, creating mock-ups, supporting agile development and user acceptance testing, maintaining documentation, presenting demos, and contributing throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage end-to-end procurement operations, supplier relationships, contracts, budgets, cost optimization, and software asset management. Lead procurement strategy and target operating model implementation while supporting order resolution, invoice issues, policy adherence, RFPs, contract renewals, and stakeholder training. The role partners with Finance, IT, business leaders, suppliers, and the procurement operations team in an onsite London environment.

Performs KYC and AML operations for professional and corporate clients, including risk assessments, customer due diligence, beneficial ownership analysis, source of funds and wealth verification, sanctions and PEP screening, periodic reviews, transaction monitoring, and suspicious activity escalation. Maintains auditable records, prepares AML reporting, supports regulatory requests and audits, updates procedures, monitors regulatory changes, and assists with staff training. The role operates under DFSA, UAE, and group financial crime compliance requirements.
