Manage and maintain database systems, including performance tuning, security, access control, backup and recovery, disaster planning, migrations, upgrades, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to optimize database structures and automate administration tasks. Ensure data integrity, availability, regulatory compliance, and operational reliability across relational and cloud database environments.

Leads partner engagement strategy and two partner-facing teams supporting equipment vendors. Establishes sales goals, incentives, budgets, KPIs, operating routines, and performance reporting. Coaches and develops employees, improves vendor onboarding and retention, strengthens sales playbooks, and drives deal conversion. Collaborates with Revenue, Product, Technology, and Operations to improve workflows, automation, tools, and vendor experience. Oversees staffing, forecasts, operational improvements, and partner sales effectiveness.

Researches new markets, customer segments, products, and business models for potential growth. Conducts customer and partner interviews, market sizing, competitive analysis, pricing research, financial modeling, and experiment design. Builds evidence-based business cases and presents recommendations to senior leaders. Partners with data, analytics, product, and technology teams to validate and launch approved opportunities, using AI and data tools throughout the process.

Lead exploration of new markets, customer segments, products, and business models. Conduct customer and partner interviews, size markets, analyze competition, develop pricing and go-to-market strategies, and build CFO-ready financial models. Design experiments to validate assumptions, assess build-buy-partner options and risks, prioritize opportunities, and present recommendations to executives. Collaborate with data, analytics, product, and technology teams to turn approved opportunities into products.

Lead zero-to-one design of commercial financing products: structure offers, pricing, credit positioning, unit economics, dealer incentives, and cross-functional rollout from pilot to national distribution.

Own the customer application and decisioning funnel, driving architecture and implementation for core Java distributed services. Lead event-driven architecture, runtime A/B experimentation, resilience patterns (circuit breakers, bulkheads, HA), distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry), fintech compliance, and AI-augmented engineering while mentoring the team.
