The Sales Development Representative will generate and qualify leads through cold calls, email, and social outreach; schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives; communicate the company’s value proposition; maintain prospect follow-up; and accurately document activity in Salesforce. This hybrid role is based in Draper, Utah, with four days onsite weekly. The position offers a $40,000 base salary plus commissions and bonuses, with approximately $60,000 in annual on-target earnings.

Manage delinquent customer accounts, negotiate repayment plans, resolve account issues, analyze financial situations, document account activity, and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards. The role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, customer contact experience, collections or account resolution experience, CRM proficiency, and achievement of portfolio performance metrics.

Processes vehicle title documents and Manufacturer’s Certificates of Origin, maintains electronic and physical records, prepares title releases and shipment packets, reviews documentation for accuracy, resolves missing information with internal teams, and ensures compliant, timely processing. The role requires accurate data entry, organization, prioritization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Prior title or registration experience is not required, and training is provided.

Manage delinquent customer accounts, negotiate repayment plans, resolve issues, identify delinquency causes, document account activity, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards while meeting collection performance goals.

Lead zero-to-one design of commercial financing products: structure offers, pricing, credit positioning, unit economics, dealer incentives, and cross-functional rollout from pilot to national distribution.

Own the customer application and decisioning funnel, driving architecture and implementation for core Java distributed services. Lead event-driven architecture, runtime A/B experimentation, resilience patterns (circuit breakers, bulkheads, HA), distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry), fintech compliance, and AI-augmented engineering while mentoring the team.

Manage delinquent accounts by handling inbound/outbound customer communications, negotiating repayment plans within guidelines, documenting account activity, resolving issues and root causes of delinquency, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards to meet performance metrics.
