Represents the credit union at community events while traveling between locations, maintaining product knowledge, and delivering relationship-focused service.

Own and support digital banking products across roadmap planning, requirements gathering, user stories, backlog refinement, testing, release readiness, issue resolution, documentation, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication. The role manages enhancements through the product lifecycle, evaluates priorities and risks, validates delivered functionality, and contributes to digital experience improvements for members and employees.

Leads the institution’s annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, financial scenario analysis, and multi-year planning. Administers and improves the financial modeling platform, manages vendor relationships, and ensures model integrity and governance. Produces variance analyses, executive reporting packages, and balance sheet forecasts while supporting ALCO and senior leadership. Partners across Finance, Treasury, Accounting, and departments to strengthen forecasting discipline, improve automation, and provide actionable financial insights.
