Teams at Clearview Federal Credit Union

Serves credit union members across multiple financial centers by providing financial guidance, processing transactions, opening and updating accounts, supporting lending opportunities, cross-selling products, resolving concerns, and educating members on digital and self-service tools. Represents the credit union at community events while traveling between locations, maintaining product knowledge, and delivering relationship-focused service.

Own and support digital banking products across roadmap planning, requirements gathering, user stories, backlog refinement, testing, release readiness, issue resolution, documentation, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication. The role manages enhancements through the product lifecycle, evaluates priorities and risks, validates delivered functionality, and contributes to digital experience improvements for members and employees.

Serve as the face of Clearview by helping members achieve financial goals. Educate members about products and services, recommend tailored financial solutions, build relationships, assist with accounts, loans, transactions, and digital tools, and represent the organization at community events.
