Teams at Clearview Federal Credit Union

Serve as the face of Clearview by educating members about financial products, recommending tailored solutions, opening and servicing accounts, assisting with loans and transactions, supporting digital tools, and building relationships in person and by phone. Represent the credit union at community events while delivering empathetic, detail-oriented service and pursuing ongoing professional growth.

Supports enterprise servers and infrastructure through monitoring, administration, troubleshooting, patching, backups, hardware deployments, and performance management. Maintains Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, documentation, and system configurations. Responds to IT tickets, participates in maintenance and infrastructure projects, supports financial center infrastructure, and joins an on-call rotation after training. The role is initially on-site before transitioning to a hybrid schedule.
