Teams at Clearview Federal Credit Union

Serve as the face of Clearview by educating members on financial products, recommending tailored solutions, assisting with accounts, loans, transactions, and digital tools, and building relationships in person and by phone. The role also includes community event representation and delivering empathetic, detail-oriented member service. Candidates need a high school diploma, at least six months of customer service or financial experience, strong communication skills, and open availability.

Supports enterprise servers and infrastructure through monitoring, administration, troubleshooting, patching, backups, hardware deployments, and performance management. Maintains Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, documentation, and system configurations. Responds to IT tickets, participates in maintenance and infrastructure projects, supports financial center infrastructure, and joins an on-call rotation after training. The role is initially on-site before transitioning to a hybrid schedule.
