Handles client communications, reservations, front-office duties, lobby upkeep, and operator responsibilities. Requires strong customer service, communication, organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, computer literacy, schedule flexibility, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Travel to customer aircraft to perform troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, modifications, and preventive maintenance under the Clay Lacy FAA Repair Station. Document work, follow technical data and safety regulations, interact with customers, maintain tooling and materials, and support continuous improvement. Requires flexibility for varied shifts and extensive regional travel.

Sell Clay Lacy Aviation MRO services across the Southwest, grow and manage customer relationships, develop sales plans, negotiate agreements, prepare accurate RFQs, meet sales targets, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, and travel frequently (up to 75%).
