Welcomes passengers, pilots, and flight attendants while coordinating arrivals, departures, catering, transportation, lodging, reservations, fuel, and other aircraft ground services. Handles customer communications, front-office duties, lobby upkeep, and operator responsibilities while delivering a polished luxury aviation experience. Requires strong communication, organization, computer literacy, problem-solving, flexibility, and attention to detail.

Handles client communications, reservations, front-office duties, lobby upkeep, and operator responsibilities. Requires strong customer service, communication, organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, computer literacy, schedule flexibility, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Travel to customer aircraft to perform troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, modifications, and preventive maintenance under the Clay Lacy FAA Repair Station. Document work, follow technical data and safety regulations, interact with customers, maintain tooling and materials, and support continuous improvement. Requires flexibility for varied shifts and extensive regional travel.
