Leads homeless-services case management through street and walk-in outreach, individualized care planning, crisis intervention, housing and healthcare navigation, resource development, and advocacy. Coordinates with healthcare, behavioral health, substance-use, and community providers; maintains EPIC, HMIS, and client documentation; conducts follow-ups and wellness checks; trains new staff; and supports access to housing, benefits, transportation, and essential services.

Provides front-desk support in a community clinic by greeting patients, scheduling appointments, registering patients in the EMR, verifying insurance eligibility, collecting payments, answering calls, managing reminders, auditing registration data, and coordinating with eligibility and clinical departments. The role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, confidentiality, accurate clerical work, patient assistance, site-to-site travel, outreach participation, and evening or weekend availability.

Supports substance use disorder billing by reviewing service documentation, correcting records, preparing reports, applying CPT codes, finalizing billing, and submitting complete documentation on schedule. Coordinates with counselors, case managers, directors, medical staff, billing teams, and SAPC to ensure compliance with Drug Medi-Cal and county requirements. Tracks billing readiness, obtains signatures, reviews attendance records, and maintains accurate logs and charts.

Provide childcare oversight in the SUD BRIDGE program, conduct community outreach and SUD education for youth and families, coordinate referrals and Medi-Cal support, maintain documentation and reporting, perform case management, assessments, brief counseling, crisis intervention, and support client engagement. Bilingual Spanish communication and travel required.

Provides high-level administrative support to the CEO, including heavy calendar management, correspondence, board meeting coordination, project management, and leading venue event planning and execution for LA Celebrations.

Provide comprehensive pediatric care (ages 0-18, occasionally to 21): histories, exams, diagnoses, treatment, preventive screenings, counseling, prescriptions, lab/imaging review, referrals, documentation, quality assurance, staff training and supervision, triage and after-hours coverage, and clinic operations support.

Provide primary OB/GYN clinical care: obtain histories, perform physicals and exams (including Pap smears and breast exams), prescribe and manage contraception, review labs/imaging, triage patients, provide health education, participate in quality assurance, assist/train staff, and cover nursing/medical director duties as needed.

Ensure compliance and integrity of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program documentation, audit counselor charts, collect quality data, recommend corrective actions, train staff and interns, enter required data, assist referrals and billing, provide client sessions and outreach, and support program reporting and licensing requirements.

Provide psychosocial assessments, diagnostics, individual and group therapy, crisis response, and case coordination for pregnant women. Maintain documentation, develop education materials, liaise with community agencies, attend collaborations, and support interdepartmental care to address social, emotional, relational, and environmental factors affecting pregnancy.

Provides primary and preventive care for adults and children through health histories, physical examinations, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, screenings, referrals, and follow-up. Performs Pap smears and breast examinations, reviews laboratory and imaging results, provides health education, triages patients, answers medical questions, supports clinic operations, trains staff, and participates in quality assurance and provider meetings.

Supervise and coordinate front office operations, staff, and volunteers to ensure efficient client intake, scheduling, billing, and medical record maintenance. Support administrative reporting, HIPAA compliance, hiring and evaluations, and assist operations leadership with clerical duties and planning. Requires flexible hours and strong customer-service, organizational, and bilingual communication skills.

Serve as primary HR point of contact handling daily HR administrative tasks: phone/email triage, records and forms processing, payroll and timesheet updates, equipment inventory, employment verifications, clerical duties, support recruitment/onboarding, assist Wellness Committee and process union reimbursements.
