Provide comprehensive primary and urgent obstetric and gynecologic care to a diverse female patient population, perform routine office procedures (colposcopy, endometrial biopsy), manage prenatal/postnatal care, interpret tests, prescribe treatment, document records, immunize, refer to specialists, mentor trainees, and ensure evidence-based clinical care.

Conduct outreach and enrollment for Medicaid/CHIP/Marketplace programs, provide impartial, culturally appropriate assistance, screen and enroll patients in Medi-Cal and local programs, update EPIC, and refer patients to resources. Support training, reporting, and retention activities while handling phone and in-person inquiries.

Lead development and execution of the agency's marketing and communications strategy. Supervise a Digital Communications Specialist, manage digital/social/web presence, content and publications, reputation management, stakeholder and community engagement, and provide marketing support for fundraising and events. Oversee assets, monitor performance metrics, collaborate with executive leadership, and manage the marketing budget and external representation.
