Hands-on IT systems and compliance lead to manage Mac and Windows device lifecycles, identity and access, endpoint security, vendor/licence inventories, and ISO 27001 IT controls. Build runbooks, automate first-line triage with AI, support service desk, and deliver documented processes for handover to a permanent hire or MSP.

The Sales Director is responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and supporting business development in the EMEA region while collaborating with various teams.

Targeted, account-based sales role focused on mapping and engaging priority public transport accounts. Conducts deep research, crafts tailored multi-channel outbound campaigns, opens senior-level conversations, supports early-stage qualification and discovery, logs activity in HubSpot, records calls with Grain, and travels to industry events to build pipeline and strategic relationships.

Build scalable, tested data models and semantic layers to provide a single source of truth. Develop BI views and dashboards, collaborate with engineering and commercial teams, follow Git-based workflows and deployment processes, and support team enablement and documentation.
