Lead engagement with transport authorities to position CitySwift as a strategic platform. Serve as authority subject-matter expert across pre-sales, solution design, business case development, stakeholder relationship-building, data discovery, and product feedback. Drive authority-focused new business, support strategic accounts, and inform market expansion and product roadmap decisions across EMEA.

Hands-on IT systems and compliance lead to manage Mac and Windows device lifecycles, identity and access, endpoint security, vendor/licence inventories, and ISO 27001 IT controls. Build runbooks, automate first-line triage with AI, support service desk, and deliver documented processes for handover to a permanent hire or MSP.
