Perform analytical and administrative duties supporting utility license and franchise agreements, intergovernmental and contractual arrangements. Maintain agreement records, track terms, obligations and key dates, coordinate with internal and external partners, conduct research, prepare reports, and provide project and policy analysis and administrative support to the Development and Engineering team.

Lead and supervise before- and after-school activities for ages 5-14, ensure safety and DHS compliance, engage students with enrichment (literacy, arts, STEAM), manage staff, and provide excellent customer service during AM or PM shifts.

Serves as the strategic liaison between IT and City departments, translating business needs into technology initiatives. Develops technology roadmaps and business cases, coordinates and prioritizes requests, supports IT governance, identifies process improvement opportunities, and aligns IT services and investments with organizational priorities. The role requires stakeholder engagement, cross-functional leadership, IT service management expertise, and at least two years of supervisory or management experience.

Conduct digital forensic investigations by recovering, analyzing, and preserving electronic evidence. Complete specialized detective and patrol field training, manage cases, and support departmental operations. The role includes scheduled weekday shifts, on-call duty averaging one week monthly, occasional overtime, and patrol staffing assignments. Employees must complete a one-year probationary period and maintain performance standards to remain assigned to the Digital Forensics Unit.

Lateral, certified police officers will serve as full-time Special Victim Unit Detectives handling sex-crime investigations. Candidates must meet eligibility, pass interviews and scenario exercises, complete Detective and Patrol FTO training, and serve a one-year probation. SVU shifts are typically Mon–Thu or Tue–Fri 0700–1700, include on-call duty and occasional patrol overtime.

Seasonal apprenticeship supporting Peoria Sports Complex and Rio Vista Recreation Center. Duties include ticket sales and operations (Tickets.com), partnership outreach, gameday production, event setup/teardown, supervising part-time staff and volunteers, fundraising support, sponsor activation execution, cash handling, and customer service during Spring Training and other events.
