Provides front-counter and telephone customer service, answers high-volume inquiries, handles cash, posts fees and fines, processes mail, and types correspondence. Requires accuracy, organization, composure with upset individuals, and the ability to assist or train colleagues.

Manages and coordinates Public Works facility and capital improvement projects from design through completion. Responsibilities include developing scopes, coordinating workflows, evaluating vendors, managing schedules and deliverables, overseeing quality control, preparing projects, managing budgets and contract changes, estimating costs, conducting analyses, and completing technical assignments. The role also performs on-call duties during nights and weekends.

Processes and reviews biweekly payroll and timekeeping data in Workday, audits entries, resolves discrepancies, supports employees and supervisors, maintains confidentiality, and prepares spreadsheets, reports, forms, and administrative documents. The role also assists with personnel processes, special projects, and employee guidance across three municipal departments.
