Manages and coordinates Public Works facility and Capital Improvement Projects from design through completion. Responsibilities include defining project scopes, coordinating workflows, evaluating vendors, managing schedules and deliverables, overseeing quality control, preparing project plans, monitoring budgets and expenditures, managing contract changes, estimating costs, performing analyses, and completing technical assignments. The role collaborates with architects, contractors, vendors, agencies, and city staff and includes on-call duties.

Administer employee benefits, help employees understand health and financial programs, analyze benefit costs and utilization, research plan improvements, collaborate with providers and departments, resolve complex benefits questions, and support benefits initiatives, technology enhancements, employee education, and continuous improvement.

Provides clerical, legal, and data-entry support to the Criminal Division, including maintaining case files and databases, tracking criminal case progress, preparing correspondence and court documents, managing calendars and budgets, obtaining records and evidence, handling confidential information, and assisting attorneys, supervisors, visitors, and callers.
