Design, develop, and maintain AWS serverless, microservices-based integrations using TypeScript and CDK. Build CI/CD pipelines with AWS tooling, design event-driven systems, and ensure reliable, scalable integrations. Mentor engineers, lead high-risk projects, collaborate across teams, and uphold clean code, SOLID principles, and REST standards.

Support and improve the company's EDI and integration landscape: implement and support EDI standards, onboard customers and suppliers, configure catalogues (including punchout), support 3rd-party van stock and reporting, document technical processes, and provide 3rd-level service desk support for integrations.

Provide Tier I hardware and third-party software support to internal employees: create and manage tickets, gather diagnostic information, troubleshoot known issues, perform basic network troubleshooting, escalate to Level 2 when needed, document resolutions, and follow up until closure while maintaining professional customer service.

Manage day-to-day delivery of ERP implementations by coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders; oversee schedules, risks, budgets, change management, and status reporting to ensure on-time, in-scope, on-budget delivery.

Provide first‑level support for internal proprietary applications via phone, email, and Freshservice ticketing. Troubleshoot and document application issues, perform root‑cause analysis, escalate to Tier II as needed, participate in process improvements and testing, and build trusted relationships with internal users.

Maintain and validate company-wide product, supplier, user, location and classification databases. Respond to data queries via Jira Service Desk, email and phone. Process supplier price updates, support GP monitoring, perform analysis with Excel and Power BI, contribute to projects, and administer corporate data processes to ensure accurate, consistent information across the business.
