Manage day-to-day delivery of ERP implementations by coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders; oversee schedules, risks, budgets, change management, and status reporting to ensure on-time, in-scope, on-budget delivery.

Provide first‑level support for internal proprietary applications via phone, email, and Freshservice ticketing. Troubleshoot and document application issues, perform root‑cause analysis, escalate to Tier II as needed, participate in process improvements and testing, and build trusted relationships with internal users.

Lead business analysis for a large-scale ERP transformation: elicit and document requirements, run workshops, map current and future processes across retail/wholesale/supply chain, translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, support solution design, testing, UAT, change management, and drive continuous improvement to ensure business adoption.
