Create, capture, edit, and publish engaging photo, video, and written content across COTALAND’s social channels. Manage content calendars, cover live events, support influencer partnerships, monitor trends and analytics, and maintain brand voice and visual standards. The role requires frequent on-site work in a theme park environment, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events.

Leads the overall marketing strategy for COTALAND, driving attendance, revenue, and brand loyalty. Oversees campaigns for attractions, events, and seasonal offerings; manages multi-million-dollar budgets; analyzes performance data; builds and leads a multidisciplinary marketing team; and develops partnerships with media, tourism organizations, travel agencies, influencers, and internal stakeholders.

Supervise daily costume shop operations, staff scheduling, fittings, construction, alterations, laundry, inventory, and wardrobe support for shows, events, and character experiences while coordinating with production and vendors.

The Revenue/Membership Accountant manages membership and customer billing, payment processing, collections follow-up, daily sales and cash receipt reconciliation, revenue posting, account reconciliations, month-end and year-end close support, intercompany charges, audit documentation, and process improvement initiatives.

Lead day-to-day park operations for assigned area (Ride Ops, Park Services, or Guest Relations). Supervise and develop supervisors, team leads, and frontline crew; ensure safety compliance, guest service, staffing, queue and capacity management, incident response, and coordination with maintenance and other departments to maintain efficient, safe, and guest-focused operations.

Supports digital marketing campaigns for race events by updating websites and mobile app content, creating email, SMS, and push notification communications, drafting promotional copy, managing content calendars, monitoring campaign metrics, compiling reports, and providing on-site assistance during major race weekends.

Sell and process event tickets, manage will-call, assist patrons with ticketing and venue information, resolve mobile ticket issues with supervisors, process payments, and maintain professional appearance during events.

Supervise daily operations in Ride Operations, Park Services, or Guest Relations; lead Team Leads and Crew, enforce safety and service standards, manage staffing and schedules, coordinate with Maintenance, handle incidents and operational reporting, and conduct inspections and training to ensure efficient, guest-focused park operations.
