Create, capture, edit, and publish engaging photo, video, and written content across COTALAND’s social channels. Manage content calendars, cover live events, support influencer partnerships, monitor trends and analytics, and maintain brand voice and visual standards. The role requires frequent on-site work in a theme park environment, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events.

Leads the overall marketing strategy for COTALAND, driving attendance, revenue, and brand loyalty. Oversees campaigns for attractions, events, and seasonal offerings; manages multi-million-dollar budgets; analyzes performance data; builds and leads a multidisciplinary marketing team; and develops partnerships with media, tourism organizations, travel agencies, influencers, and internal stakeholders.

Supervise daily costume shop operations, staff scheduling, fittings, construction, alterations, laundry, inventory, and wardrobe support for shows, events, and character experiences while coordinating with production and vendors.
