Support planning and execution of premium hospitality for major race events, including client communications, ticket fulfillment, F&B services, vendor contracting, setup/strike, budget tracking, intern coordination, and ensuring high client satisfaction across hospitality spaces.

Support planning and execution of track and facility rentals and major races. Assist with inventory, event set-up/strike, guest-facing duties during events, attend meetings, and help run weekly Bike Night. Work on-site, 25–30 hours/week, including weekends and evenings, gaining hands-on experience in live event operations.

Oversee daily operations, maintenance, vendor coordination, preventative maintenance, and owner services for a luxury car condo community. Perform inspections, troubleshoot minor HVAC/plumbing/electrical issues, manage work orders and budgets, support events, and ensure facilities remain safe, secure, and presentation-ready.
