Lead day-to-day park operations for assigned area (Ride Ops, Park Services, or Guest Relations). Supervise and develop supervisors, team leads, and frontline crew; ensure safety compliance, guest service, staffing, queue and capacity management, incident response, and coordination with maintenance and other departments to maintain efficient, safe, and guest-focused operations.

Creates and adapts visual assets for social media, digital advertising, email, web, print, events, signage, and on-site guest experiences. Supports marketing campaigns, promotions, ride launches, and brand initiatives while following established guidelines. Prepares production-ready files, manages creative assets, incorporates feedback, and coordinates with Marketing and other departments across multiple deadlines. May assist with photography, video, content, and park-based creative projects.

Conduct accident investigations, routine safety inspections, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance reviews across COTALAND. Maintain AEDs and first aid stations, recommend corrective actions, deliver safety training, and promote a safe environment for guests, employees, and contractors. The role requires flexible scheduling, outdoor work in varied weather, and collaboration across departments.
