Analyze customer and product data, troubleshoot CI/CD configurations, create self-service resources, and collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Product, Marketing, and Data teams to improve adoption, retention, and revenue.

Own GTM strategy and operations, including KPI dashboards, revenue planning, quota tracking, forecasting, business reviews, and process optimization. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve data integrity, operational efficiency, and growth. Build AI agents to automate recurring workflows and reporting. Use analytics and customer engagement metrics to generate actionable recommendations and drive measurable business outcomes.

Drive new-logo sales and expansion within strategic enterprise accounts across the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close. Sell CircleCI’s DevOps and CI/CD platform to engineering decision-makers, manage evaluations and POCs, forecast pipeline, negotiate large contracts, and build customer relationships. Collaborate with solution engineers, customer success, and product teams while using data-driven, value-based selling and Challenger and MEDDPICC methodologies.

Drive new-logo sales and expansion within strategic enterprise accounts across the NAMER region. Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, evaluations, negotiations, and closing seven-figure multiyear contracts. Build and forecast pipeline, sell technical DevOps solutions to engineering leaders, develop customer relationships, and collaborate with solution engineers, customer success, and product teams.

Lead and coach a team of Account Executives to open new enterprise accounts across North America. Own hiring, quotas, forecasting, and revenue/profitability while embedding AI-augmented sales tooling and sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger). Collaborate with Customer Success, Field Engineering, and Product to align strategy, analyze market trends, and continuously improve processes. Travel ~15% as needed.

Build AI-native, full-stack features end-to-end using Go, React, and TypeScript. Invent developer-facing interfaces for autonomous pipelines, prioritize reliability, observability, and operate distributed services using Honeycomb, Datadog, and Rollbar.

The Senior Software Engineer will build AI-centric tools, own full-stack development, set technical direction, and lead architectural decisions. They will ensure reliability, observability, and mentor other engineers while addressing gaps in processes.
