Provide senior-level physiotherapy assessment and treatment for complex inpatient and outpatient surgical patients (orthopaedic, spinal, gynaecological). Manage caseloads, supervise junior staff and students, maintain clinical records, and contribute to audits and service improvements.

Manage procurement administration for facilities management, biomedical engineering, capital equipment, and infrastructure requirements. Raise and administer RFQs, RFPs, and purchase orders in Oracle PeopleSoft, issue supplier orders, maintain procurement trackers and records, upload contracts to Atamis, and support hospitals, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. The role requires strong administration, data management, numerical, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Leads day-to-day imaging clinical service delivery, supervises staff, coordinates with consultant radiologists, supports operational meetings, monitors revenue capture, and performs autonomous radiographic examinations. The role requires acute hospital experience, supervisory experience in multi-modality imaging, diagnostic radiography qualifications, broad radiographic expertise, and knowledge of relevant professional standards and regulations.

Provides expert musculoskeletal physiotherapy assessment and evidence-based treatment for complex, chronic, and post-surgical patients. Develops rehabilitation plans using manual therapy, exercise prescription, and pain management. Leads MSK therapy services, supports complex case management, collaborates with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, and supervises and mentors physiotherapists, assistants, and students. Maintains compliant clinical documentation and applies current MSK research and guidelines.

Provides physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, rehabilitation, manual therapy, exercise programmes, and patient education for varied conditions. Performs routine, complex, and specialist histology investigations on patient specimens, including dissection, embedding, microtomy, digital pathology, immunohistochemistry, and special staining. Validates and authorizes results, advises clinicians, operates laboratory instrumentation, and supports ISO 15189 and UKAS compliance. Leads staff training, competency assessment, workforce development, and IBMS training programs while managing workloads and contributing to extended-hours, weekend, and bank holiday rotas.

Maintains, validates, tests, investigates faults in, and repairs healthcare decontamination equipment across Bristol and Radlett sites. Interprets test charts and technical data, prepares compliance reports, advises management on corrective actions, supports Estates engineering services, participates in on-call coverage, and works flexible day and night shifts. The role requires substantial post-apprenticeship experience, relevant engineering qualifications, healthcare decontamination certifications, and strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.

Processes, analyses, validates, and reports patient specimens; operates laboratory instrumentation; advises clinicians; identifies abnormal or critical results; and supports quality management, ISO 15189, and UKAS compliance. The role also includes training colleagues, managing turnaround times, and ensuring appropriate specimen handling.

Provides hands-on clinical care for complex or deteriorating patients while coordinating ward activity, staffing, patient flow, documentation, and multidisciplinary communication. Leads and supervises nursing teams, supports admissions and discharges, and ensures safe, high-quality patient care. The role requires an adult Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration, significant acute-care experience, team leadership experience, and specialized Emergency/Urgent Care knowledge.
