Provide high-quality MRI and general radiographic imaging, ensuring radiation safety and compliance with IRMER and local policies. Perform IV contrast injections and cannulation, supervise and train staff, charge for imaging services, and maintain accurate records while supporting departmental operations and patient care.

Lead assessment, treatment and management of complex MSK patients, using advanced clinical reasoning. Provide supervision, mentoring and training to junior staff and students. Develop clinical pathways, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to audit, service development and quality improvement. Build therapeutic relationships and promote patient self-management.

Produce accurate patient, consultant, insurer and NHS invoices, verify billing data, process adjustments/credit notes, meet billing SLAs, support revenue recognition and resolve billing queries. Work with stakeholders and use financial/patient admin systems and Excel for reporting and analysis.

Maintain accurate, compliant employee records and process DBS/PVG, right-to-work and occupational health checks. Manage SARs, update registration databases, produce dashboards, support the Senior Management Team with administration, minutes, SSI documentation, and ad-hoc HR compliance tasks within regulatory (CQC/HIS/HIW) requirements.

Provide patient-centred support in the Imaging department under supervision of registered practitioners. Assist multi-disciplinary teams, maintain high customer service, follow NMC/HCPC frameworks, perform duties within the Imaging Assistant scope, and complete mandatory training.

Perform painting, decorating, joinery and general fabric maintenance across hospital facilities on reactive and planned programmes. Complete touch-up repairs, refurbishments, work to high finish standards, advise on refurbishment planning, and comply with health and safety and COSHH requirements while working with contractors and facilities teams.

Lead and manage the perioperative theatre team to deliver safe, evidence-based patient care across anaesthetics, surgery and recovery. Drive clinical standards, infection control, audits and governance. Oversee resource planning, scheduling, budgeting and workforce development, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure efficient theatre service delivery.

Support implementation and measurement of multi-channel marketing tactics (website, social, offline). Organise open events and GP/consultant-facing activities, develop promotional and point-of-sale materials, liaise with design studio and agencies, manage digital asset usage and stock of printed materials, support PR/communications and stakeholder engagement, and comply with mandatory training.

Provide clinical pharmacy services for inpatients and outpatients including medication reviews, reconciliation, clinical screening, dose adjustment, prescription review and authorization, patient counselling, medicines optimisation, incident reporting, and collaboration with procurement and pharmacy staff to ensure safe, cost-effective medicine use and supply continuity.

Lead and provide advanced dermatology nursing care, exercising autonomous clinical judgement for complex cases. Manage and mentor clinical teams, contribute to governance, audits, research and education to ensure safe, effective service delivery.

Provide administrative support to the decontamination unit, including answering customer calls, managing bookings and loaning of flexible endoscopes, coordinating repairs and supplies, and supporting production and management teams across rotating shifts.

Handle high-volume inbound and outbound enquiries by phone, email and web; book, reschedule and cancel appointments using CHG systems; liaise with consultants and hospital staff; accurately record interactions in CRM systems; meet KPIs and deliver excellent customer experience.

Lead and manage oncology clinical services, ensuring safe, evidence-based patient care and operational efficiency. Oversee staffing, clinical governance, budgets, team development, performance management, and stakeholder engagement while working clinically at least one shift weekly to support service launch and quality improvement.

Lead and manage the nursing team to deliver evidence-based patient care, act as a visible clinical leader working clinical shifts, oversee staffing/rostering and patient flow, support clinical governance and safety, drive service improvements and business development, manage budgets and performance, and support strategic operational plans with senior leadership.

Provide senior-level physiotherapy assessment and treatment for complex inpatient and outpatient surgical patients (orthopaedic, spinal, gynaecological). Manage caseloads, supervise junior staff and students, maintain clinical records, and contribute to audits and service improvements.
