Lead Engineer responsible for engineering maintenance and breakdown support across the hospital cluster, managing R&M budgets, energy and environment initiatives, health & safety compliance, team leadership, on-call coverage, and liaising with regional operations and project managers to maintain facility standards.

Conduct qualitative user research, analyze product KPIs and behavioral data, support experimentation and CRO, and create dashboards and insight stories. Translate research and performance data into recommendations for Product, UX, and Digital teams while ensuring research complies with healthcare policies.

Coordinates community clinic operations and supports clinicians by guiding patients through their care journeys. Responsibilities include preparing clinic sessions, maintaining accurate electronic patient records, uploading clinical documentation, supporting audits, following healthcare policies and regulatory requirements, and building relationships with patients, clinicians, colleagues, and external stakeholders. The role requires travel between satellite clinics and a patient-focused, organized approach.
