The Hampshire Clinic is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. 

We have an opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team of staff in the Sales and Marketing department.

This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a Monday to Friday 9.00 - 17.00 shift pattern on site.

Duties of this role include:

  • Develop and implement a local sales and marketing strategy to support the hospital’s business growth targets.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with referrers including GPs, consultants, corporate clients, insurers, and other local healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct regular outreach visits, calls, and events to promote hospital services and maintain a strong presence in the community.
  • Work with consultants to support the growth of their private practice, including profile-raising activity and patient engagement initiatives.
  • Plan and execute local marketing activities, both digital and offline, to promote key service lines (e.g., orthopaedics, imaging, private GP, diagnostics).
  • Work with the central marketing team to localise national campaigns and develop bespoke materials, content, and events to suit the hospital’s needs.
  • Manage the hospital’s online presence (e.g., local webpages, paid listings, reviews) to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Proven experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role – ideally within healthcare, medical services, or a customer-focused industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently onsite with a self-starter mindset and a focus on results.
  • Skilled in event planning, campaign coordination, and local outreach activities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Confident with data analysis, reporting, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools
  • Experience working in or with private healthcare providers, hospitals, or clinical teams.
  • Understanding of healthcare sales, patient referral pathways, or consultant marketing support.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management or related field.
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations related to healthcare marketing.
