Provide defect triage and support analysis for the US Commercial Insurance business. Define and track KPIs, process and query large datasets, validate analytical outputs, gather requirements, consult with cross-functional teams and end users, and conduct ad hoc analyses. The role requires clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders and flexible shifts aligned with US business hours.

Support and lead insurance carrier integrations across APIs and portals, including protocol discovery, data mapping, quote validation, functional testing, UAT, issue tracking, and functional sign-off. Coordinate with US-based carriers and internal development teams to clarify requirements, resolve integration gaps, and maintain workflows. Document integration guidelines, processes, and learnings while ensuring timely issue resolution.

Performs manual functional, UI, usability, regression, integration, system, smoke, and sanity testing for web applications. Prepares test scenarios, cases, data, execution reports, and documentation; validates applications across browsers and devices; reports and retests defects; and collaborates with developers, analysts, product owners, and clients in Agile or Scrum environments. Supports impact analysis, defect triage, client demonstrations, and user acceptance testing.

Validates data movement, mappings, transformations, APIs, migrations, AI-agent workflows, business rules, guardrails, and user-interface outputs. Develops integration, regression, edge-case, and AI-output tests; verifies data integrity and schema conformance; evaluates agent decisions, tool usage, fallbacks, hallucinations, and human-review handoffs. Investigates defect sources across systems and communicates quality risks and findings to product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders.

Lead and mentor a Python development team, manage client communication, and deliver scalable, production-grade software. Responsibilities include designing frameworks, developing full-stack applications and pipelines, collaborating with DevOps, QA, and Product, enforcing code quality through reviews and testing, resolving performance and production issues, and documenting architecture and workflows.

Build and maintain end-to-end web application features using React.js and Python. Responsibilities include developing reusable frontend components, integrating REST APIs, implementing backend services and authentication, managing relational and NoSQL databases, deploying applications with AWS and Docker, supporting CI/CD, and troubleshooting production issues. The role requires ownership of modules, independent debugging, clean code, API and database design, and collaboration across frontend, backend, and deployment layers.

Develop and deploy generative AI applications, integrate LLM APIs, perform text analysis using traditional machine learning and GenAI, and manage the machine learning lifecycle from problem definition through deployment and monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical solutions, evaluate new GenAI techniques, and document technical concepts.
