Own full-stack features from requirements through production deployment. Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable applications using Python, React.js, AWS, databases, Docker, and CI/CD. Translate business needs into technical solutions, participate in architecture discussions and code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure quality, security, performance, and maintainability. Collaborate across teams, provide production support, mentor junior developers, and demonstrate leadership potential toward a technical lead role.

Provide defect triage and support analysis for the US Commercial Insurance business. Define and track KPIs, process and query large datasets, validate analytical outputs, gather requirements, consult with cross-functional teams and end users, and conduct ad hoc analyses. The role requires clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders and flexible shifts aligned with US business hours.
