We are especially
seeking someone with strong hands-on experience in Python, React.js, AWS, and
modern full-stack development, with the ability to own and deliver features
end-to-end.
· Own and deliver features end-to-end,
from requirement analysis through production deployment.
· Design, develop, test, deploy,
and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
· Translate business requirements
into effective and maintainable technical solutions.
· Participate in technical
design, architecture discussions, code reviews, CI/CD, deployment, and
production support.
· Ensure code quality,
performance, security, and maintainability through engineering best practices.
· Troubleshoot complex technical
issues and drive effective root-cause resolution.
· Collaborate with
cross-functional teams and communicate technical solutions clearly.
· Mentor junior developers and
contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices.
· Demonstrate strong ownership
and leadership potential, with a path toward a Technical Lead / Engineering
Leadership role.
Requirements
· Backend: Strong hands-on experience in Python, with expertise in FastAPI,
Flask, and/or Django; REST API development and backend engineering.
· Frontend: Strong hands-on experience with React.js and JavaScript,
including modern frontend development and API integration.
· Database: Strong understanding of PostgreSQL/MySQL, database design,
SQL, data modeling, indexing, and query optimization.
· Cloud: Hands-on experience with AWS and deployment of cloud-based
applications.
· DevOps & CI/CD: Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and automated
build, testing, and deployment processes.
· SDLC: Strong understanding of the complete software development
lifecycle from requirements, design, development, testing, and code review
to deployment and production support.
· Engineering Practices: Experience with code reviews, testing, debugging, API design,
production support, and scalable application development.
· Communication: Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Skills Required
