Provide administrative and technical support for personnel security operations, including review and processing of investigation requests, adjudicative analysis using CFR/OPM standards, database consistency checks, fingerprint review, training development/delivery, policy/procedure maintenance, reporting, and customer support for internal and external stakeholders.

Troubleshoots and resolves incidents through phone and email, escalates complex problems, documents tickets, supports installations and application testing, develops or assists with training materials, answers application questions, and follows up on customer satisfaction. The role supports federal agency programs and remote locations and may involve occasional onsite installations and lifting equipment.

Lead RMF lifecycle and enterprise compliance for Air Force financial systems: develop and maintain authorization artifacts (SSPs, RARs, POA&Ms), conduct vulnerability and mission-impact risk analyses, produce ATO decision packages, ensure IAVA/TCNO/NOTAM compliance, mentor junior analysts, and support eMASS/ITIPS continuous monitoring and remediation coordination.

Provide system-level cybersecurity support for Air Force financial management systems: support RMF lifecycle, maintain SSPs/RARs/POA&Ms in eMASS and ITIPS, track vulnerabilities and remediation, perform security control validation and testing, prepare authorization materials, and coordinate cybersecurity activities with ISSM, AO staff, engineers, and program personnel.
