Provide SharePoint administration and development support for FAA customers: design and deploy Power Apps, automate workflows with Power Automate, build Power BI reports, customize SharePoint (On-Prem/Online) using SPFx and PowerShell, manage site collections, create user accounts, gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and lead or contribute to SharePoint projects.

Support OCR by processing complaints, drafting case notes and closure letters, managing case portals and records, performing high-volume data entry, maintaining tracking systems, and assisting triagers, team leads, and government customers following SOPs and compliance standards.

Provides administrative support including preparing multimedia documents and training materials; schedules video/teleconferences; records, edits, and distributes minutes; manages participant enrollment and speaker schedules; tracks project progress and handles special project tasks; performs timekeeping, travel arrangements, and updates SOPs. Requires ability to obtain customer clearance.
