Supports operations through advanced data analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, and automated data pipelines. Extracts, cleans, merges, validates, and transforms data into metrics, reports, dashboards, and research-ready datasets. Develops reproducible workflows using Stata, R, SAS, Python, and SQL; implements data standards and policies; and collaborates with IT and data engineering teams to improve scalability, reliability, and analytical capabilities.

Supports Army and Department of Defense IT project leads with project planning, budgets, contracts, resources, schedules, risk and change management, performance tracking, stakeholder engagement, logistics, and reporting. Maintains integrated master schedules, project records, cost and performance data, and work plans while coordinating cross-project activities and industry interactions. The role also supports contractor and laboratory management, material management, training, operations, and physical security in a classified federal contracting environment.

Provides public health research and evaluation support through qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods data analysis. Produces reports, interprets results, evaluates program implementation and outcomes, recommends improvements, and provides technical assistance to government clients and research recipients. The role also requires communicating findings to senior officials, managing administrative research systems, using data and reporting platforms, and following government research procedures.
