Design and deliver LLM/GenAI solutions for web-based workflow applications: refine use cases, build POCs and production agentic systems, implement RAG and orchestration pipelines, integrate AI APIs, ensure observability and responsible-AI guardrails, maintain full-stack features, and participate in CI/CD and security compliance.

Lead compensation operations and strategy, administering pay programs (base, merit, bonus), market benchmarking, job architecture, and compensation analytics. Build scalable frameworks, tools, and dashboards in Workday and vendor platforms, provide consultative guidance to HR and business leaders, support government contracting pricing and proposals, and manage a compensation team to ensure equitable, compliant, and data-driven pay practices.

Coordinate and track FAA Directives and publications from initiation through final approval. Manage SharePoint trackers, monitor directives mailbox, prepare and format document packages, apply basic edits, ensure Section 508 accessibility, route packages via EDMS, liaise with stakeholders, and provide status updates to keep projects moving to completion.
