Participants join the Wells Horizons development program and may transfer locations domestically or internationally after building core competencies.

Support drilling and completions engineers on real wells projects (design, optimization, reviews, safety/environmental studies, tool case studies, and contractor analyses). Work may include time on rigs or in decision support centers, build relationships, and gain exposure to Chevron safety, technology, and career opportunities. Top performers may receive return or full-time offers.
