The role supports training, resolves operational issues, and deputises for the Site Lead when required.

The role is fully remote but field-based in Las Vegas and requires driving, lifting, a clean driving record, and eligibility for an unrestricted DOT medical card.

Manage enterprise risk registers, controls, key risk indicators, audit and compliance actions across LATAM. Partner with risk owners, monitor mitigation effectiveness, maintain risk information, improve risk processes using Excel and Power BI, and provide stakeholder advisory, training, and reporting. Support internal audits, governance documentation, fraud prevention, and process improvement initiatives in a multinational environment.

Manage customer inquiries, complaints, account administration, onboarding, documentation, billing, quality complaints, and dispute resolution. Maintain accurate customer data, collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams, support customer retention, and identify process improvements. Leads LATAM accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close, journal entries, general ledger maintenance, statutory reporting, variance analysis, and audit support.
