Manage and execute regional logistics operations, including daily order processing, fleet and route management, customer and third-party coordination, incident resolution, performance tracking, and process improvement to ensure on-time deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

Lead onsite production operations for repair, wash and retail functions; manage health & safety, equipment reliability, staffing, continuous improvement, quality, cost and customer targets across a large unionised workforce.

The Platform Manager oversees the management, optimization, and operation of Microsoft Copilot and related productivity tools, ensuring system stability and user satisfaction while driving change and managing vendor relations.

Analyze customer account data and KPIs to identify asset usage, stock levels and transaction discrepancies. Support Account Managers with audit resolution, billing and contract administration, produce KPI reports, collaborate with Finance/Logistics/IT, and drive process improvement to enhance customer operations and supply chain efficiency.

The HR Specialist will enhance HR systems, collaborate with teams, resolve issues, support improvements, and ensure data integrity within the global HR environment.

Implement and manage the Quality Audit program at CHEP operations, ensuring compliance with standards, resolving quality issues, and conducting training.

Lead the execution of procurement strategies globally, manage supplier relationships, mentor procurement teams, and ensure compliance with corporate policies.

Lead hunting-focused sales in DACH: identify, qualify and win new business, develop tailored offers, negotiate and close contracts, expand and review existing accounts, manage CRM pipeline, collaborate with finance/logistics/marketing, hit revenue and NPS KPIs, perform market and competitor analysis, and suggest improvements to inside-sales and customer experience.

Support HR personnel administration by maintaining HR systems and employee benefit records, updating policies and procedures, ensuring accurate personnel data, and assisting management and staff with HR queries. Participate in wellbeing and employee engagement projects and gain exposure to Workday. Hybrid role, 30-40 hours/week.
