Plan and execute global operational and financial audits, assess risks and controls, develop practical recommendations, prepare reports for senior management and the Audit & Risk Committee, monitor corrective actions, support investigations and special reviews, and collaborate with international stakeholders. The role also contributes to risk-based audit planning, governance improvements, and mentoring junior auditors.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, KPI reports, and analytics solutions for global HR stakeholders. Liaise with vendors, support audits, administer expatriate payroll, share plans and stock options, and drive payroll process improvements while maintaining data protection and governance.

Leads daily production operations at an on-site Tesco facility, supervising and developing employees, coordinating yard and warehouse tasks, reporting KPIs, and maintaining safety, quality, inventory, and production controls. The role drives continuous improvement, conducts incident root cause analysis, manages attendance and holiday bookings, delegates work to forklift drivers, and deputizes for the Site Lead while remaining hands-on in production activities.

Supervise first-shift plant production, shipping, transportation scheduling, and approximately 25–30 employees. Lead safety, quality, cost, yield, maintenance coordination, employee relations, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with SOPs, OSHA and other regulations while optimizing asset utilization, reducing waste, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting plant profitability.
