About the Role:
Overall delivery responsibility for the project/s ensuring the successful delivery of the objectives as defined in the Program/Portfolio Strategy.
Lead all aspects of one or multiple projects, from planning through to implementation and tracking, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and in alignment with internal standards and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities may include:
- Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring key milestones and project goals are met.
- Collaborate with Program/portfolio management teams to align projects with business strategies and objectives.
- Agree and manage project governance, including Steering Committees and Sponsorship Groups, ensuring timely decisions and follow-ups.
- Oversee the execution of change management strategies, including training rollouts and communication plans.
- Manage project dependencies, ensuring alignment with BAU activities and other projects in the portfolio.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, summarizing progress, priorities, and key decisions.
- Ensure adherence to PMO governance, implementing standardized tools and processes to maintain compliance and quality control.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting.
- Oversee the transition of solutions to business-as-usual support, ensuring smooth handover and operational readiness.
- Conduct lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and share best practices across the organization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, resolving issues, and driving project success.
- Contribute wider awareness and understanding of effective project management across the wider team enhancing the organisations project management capabilities.
- This position will play a key role to support our vision: Leveraging Data, AI and Advanced Analytics to release new value in supply chain processes from supplier to customer through enhanced decision-making in Safety, CX, Quality, Productivity, and Sustainability.
- As a Project Manager, you will be pivotal in overseeing the planning, and delivering completion of complex Global projects within the Supply Chain Process & Technology team. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- You will be responsible for leading process improvement and global standardization of processes as part of the initiatives at a Global level, streamlining workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency to drive sustainable business growth and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, implement, and monitor business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and driving change to achieve strategic objectives and maximize value creation.
- You will manage end-to-end the use cases as part of Supply Chain Process & Technology roadmap. You will be the link between business users and the technical team and support business translation into technology and implementation of tools.
- You will work closely with TS, Digital Brambles and Global Asset Productivity teams and with 3rd party companies to ensure the delivery of the Supply Chain Process & Technology roadmap.
In addition to the pure project manager responsibilities, there are few ones related with the mapping of processes and the delivery of the initiatives that is important to mention:
- Work with cross functional team to ensure that the current state map is representative of the whole enterprise process.
- Collaborate with the technical team to design and create a Proof of Concept (POC) to prove the anticipated benefits.
- Apply the concepts and benefits of the Digital Tools (Control Tower, Robotic Process Automation - RPA, Predictive Analysis, Data Connectivity…) to design process improvements and identify and quantify the potential benefits.
- Create the future state map with sign off from the regional stakeholders.
- Support the creation of the business cases with the regional stakeholders ensuring sign off and alignment.
