Conduct high-volume outbound calls to mortgage broker leads, convert warm leads into approved submitting broker partners, promote educational webinars, collaborate with internal teams for onboarding, track activity in CRM, meet sales and conversion goals, and participate in coaching to grow broker network and funded loan volume.

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to convert provided mortgage broker leads into approved submitting partners for the company's Non-QM product. Promote educational webinars, guide brokers through approval/onboarding, collaborate with internal teams, track activity in CRM, meet sales and conversion goals, participate in coaching, and provide follow-up to build long-term broker relationships.
