Greets guests, answers and directs phone calls, performs clerical duties, manages mail and filing, orders office supplies, maintains office kitchen areas, and assists with mortgage fulfillment tasks including auditing closing and trailing documents. Requires professional communication, confidentiality, time management, basic Microsoft Office proficiency, a high school degree, and prior clerical experience.

Conduct at least 200 outbound calls daily to engage mortgage brokers, promote Non-QM loan products and webinars, convert leads into approved partners, and drive loan submissions. Present company value propositions, manage broker onboarding, maintain product knowledge, meet sales goals, track activity in CRM tools, collaborate with internal teams, and provide ongoing follow-up and relationship support.

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to mortgage broker leads, promote Champions Funding’s Non-QM products and educational webinars, convert leads into approved broker partners, and support onboarding and loan submissions. The role requires meeting sales goals, maintaining CRM records, collaborating with internal teams, and nurturing broker relationships through follow-up. Full training is provided, and compensation includes a $42,000 base salary, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses.
