Builds executive partnerships, supports joint account planning, identifies cloud transformation and consulting opportunities, coordinates stakeholders, advocates for customer success, and contributes to account growth, retention, and AWS partnership development.

Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients, establish trusted advisor partnerships with senior business and technology leaders, identify account growth opportunities, and collaborate with executive leadership to align client needs with company capabilities. Maintain regular client engagement, communicate feedback and risks internally, and support retention, account growth, and long-term strategic partnerships.

Designs and develops cloud data architectures, ingestion frameworks, data models, and analytical platforms. Advises clients on cloud migration, data warehousing, technical approaches, and implementation roadmaps. Collaborates with stakeholders through requirements gathering, workshops, whiteboarding, and project meetings while deploying end-to-end cloud analytics solutions. Requires experience with cloud platforms, big data technologies, BI tools, data warehousing methodologies, programming, SQL, version control, and Agile/DevOps practices.

Develop, test, deploy, and support Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, declarative automation, integrations, and Salesforce APIs. Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams, maintain code quality and test coverage, troubleshoot production issues, support deployments and release management, and contribute to data migration, documentation, platform governance, and continuous improvement.

Leads the architecture, engineering, and delivery of enterprise data platforms and analytics solutions for clients. Advises executive and technical stakeholders, facilitates discovery and architecture sessions, designs cloud-based batch and streaming systems, and remains hands-on with pipelines, code reviews, proofs of concept, and complex technical issues. Establishes DataOps, governance, security, and engineering standards; mentors data teams; leads distributed delivery teams; and supports estimation, proposals, presentations, and pre-sales activities.
