Provide customer-facing technical support for Cerrion’s AI-enabled manufacturing platform. Configure networks, cameras, servers, and related infrastructure; onboard customers from kickoff through go-live; monitor on-premises and cloud systems; support development teams with infrastructure questions; and build automation to improve support scalability, reliability, and proactive issue resolution.

Own enterprise customer onboarding and expansion integrations, including networking, connectivity, authentication, security reviews, and data-flow configuration. Lead technical customer calls, resolve integration issues, support sales engineering, document installations, and create reusable runbooks and enablement materials. The role partners closely with infrastructure and security teams to deploy an AI manufacturing platform securely across complex industrial environments.

Own and scale a North American enterprise sales pipeline for an industrial AI platform. Drive six-figure deals into multi-site, seven-figure programs, manage complex buying cycles, negotiate end-to-end, align GTM and forecasting, partner with Customer Success and Product, and work directly with the CEO to build the US commercial presence.
