Own and scale a North American enterprise sales pipeline for an industrial AI platform. Drive six-figure deals into multi-site, seven-figure programs, manage complex buying cycles, negotiate end-to-end, align GTM and forecasting, partner with Customer Success and Product, and work directly with the CEO to build the US commercial presence.

Lead onboarding, adoption, and value engineering for factory customers. Define and monitor deployment KPIs, manage customer relationships, perform site trainings and visits, collaborate with Sales/Product/Engineering, identify expansion opportunities, and refine CS playbooks and documentation to accelerate time-to-value.

Own end-to-end revenue: build enterprise pipeline, close complex international SaaS deals, expand existing accounts, lead negotiations, and shape go-to-market strategy with cross-functional teams.

Lead onboarding, value engineering and adoption for manufacturing customers. Define and track deployment KPIs, run site trainings, build business cases, manage stakeholder relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and feed product feedback to Sales and Engineering.
