Work directly with the CEO to drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end: close enterprise deals, build processes and dashboards, support hiring and fundraising, coordinate product launches, and solve operational bottlenecks. Act as a high-impact operator across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Operations to scale the company.

Own end-to-end installations of Cerrion AI systems from signed deal to live production. Plan and run site installs, manage stakeholders and contractors, ensure paperwork and logistics, validate system setup and documentation, optimize deployment processes, and coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to reduce time-to-live and improve install quality.

Lead and scale the Customer Success function: define strategy, onboarding, value engineering, retention and expansion. Build KPIs, playbooks and dashboards, engage executives at strategic accounts, visit factory sites, partner with Sales/Product/Engineering, and own NRR and expansion pipeline.

Own core finance and ops processes including end-to-end invoicing, AP/AR, expense management, bookkeeping, vendor cost tracking, and HR operations support. Improve and automate workflows using AI/LLMs, maintain audit-ready records, and collaborate with the Finance Lead to scale financial processes.

Design, develop, test, and debug web applications. Build UIs and reusable code, translate user and business needs into functional designs using TypeScript, Python, or Go, and implement features with React.js.

Lead applied computer vision research: design reproducible experiments, diagnose failures, curate datasets, own evaluation suites, prototype to production, optimize cost/latency, and establish research engineering best practices.

Lead and scale Cerrion's US GTM: build pipeline and personally close strategic enterprise AI/IIoT deals, hire and lead SDRs and AEs, define sales playbooks and forecasting, partner with Customer Success and Product, and evangelize the product across industrial buyers while traveling extensively.

Own and scale a North American enterprise sales pipeline for an industrial AI platform. Drive six-figure deals into multi-site, seven-figure programs, manage complex buying cycles, negotiate end-to-end, align GTM and forecasting, partner with Customer Success and Product, and work directly with the CEO to build the US commercial presence.

Lead onboarding, adoption, and value engineering for factory customers. Define and monitor deployment KPIs, manage customer relationships, perform site trainings and visits, collaborate with Sales/Product/Engineering, identify expansion opportunities, and refine CS playbooks and documentation to accelerate time-to-value.

Own end-to-end revenue: build enterprise pipeline, close complex international SaaS deals, expand existing accounts, lead negotiations, and shape go-to-market strategy with cross-functional teams.
