Supports Finance and senior leadership through operational reporting, presentation preparation, process and margin improvement, project management, AI-driven workflow automation, and compensation-metric oversight. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and other functional leaders to align goals and resolve issues. Ensures accurate data flows from Jira, Zendesk, sales, and finance systems into reporting while building SOPs and improving operational efficiency.

Leads a quota-carrying SMB sales team and owns new-business revenue, pipeline coverage, forecasting, and attainment. Coaches sellers through calls, demos, qualification, negotiations, and closing; establishes repeatable sales playbooks; improves conversion using CRM data, call recordings, and performance metrics; recruits and ramps new sellers; enforces data discipline; and partners with marketing, product, customer experience, and implementation teams to improve growth and handoffs.

Own a major healthcare product area end to end, including roadmap, discovery, delivery, UX vision, AI-first feature development, prioritization, and iteration. Conduct frequent user research, coordinate cross-platform initiatives, mentor junior product managers, and collaborate with engineering on architecture, APIs, and technical tradeoffs. Measure outcomes such as retention, activation, and clinical efficiency.

Own the partnerships function, including relationship management, new partner acquisition, deal negotiation, revenue and referral programs, and partner activation. Collaborate with Product and Engineering on integrations, inform build-buy-partner and M&A strategy, and establish scalable partnership processes. Lead cross-functional initiatives, report partnership performance to executives, and mentor future team members. The role requires healthcare technology expertise, strategic deal-making, executive communication, and moderate travel.

Build and lead the design function across Cerbo and OptiMantra, establishing design standards, component libraries, and a shared design system. Own UX vision for both platforms, partner with Product and Engineering, conduct user research with healthcare practitioners, shape AI-powered experiences, and deliver production-ready designs. This player-coach role requires hands-on design leadership, team management, strong UX/UI expertise, and the ability to work across complex clinical workflows and guided consumer-grade experiences.
