Support Commercial Loan Officers and VP Portfolio Management by managing existing commercial loan portfolios: perform annual reviews, LOC renewals, site inspections, underwriting, loan modifications, risk assessments, covenant testing, collections coordination, reporting, and committee presentations while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.

Design, secure, and operate cloud and hybrid infrastructure in Azure. Manage networking, firewalls, Microsoft identity services, M365, wireless, and observability. Build IaC with Bicep/Terraform, automate using PowerShell, support CI/CD and Git workflows, participate in incident response, and join on-call rotations.

Support and implement the bank's BSA/AML and OFAC program: investigate AML alerts, prepare SARs and CTRs, perform CDD/EEDD, manage FinCEN 314 filings, maintain policies/procedures, and provide training and regulatory reporting to ensure compliance.

Lead daily deposit and digital banking operations, supervise and develop staff, resolve customer and vendor issues, ensure compliance and risk management, support audits, maintain procedures, and partner across teams to uphold service quality and system performance.

Prepare underwriting and financial analysis for commercial loan requests, monitor loan portfolios, evaluate credit risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and support Credit Manager and Chief Credit Officer with projects and post-closing documentation.
