Designs, deploys, secures, and operates Azure and hybrid infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking, firewalls, identity services, Microsoft 365, wireless systems, backups, and security hardening. Develops Infrastructure as Code with Bicep and Terraform, automates operations using PowerShell, supports Copilot agents, troubleshoots infrastructure issues, participates in incident response and upgrades, and joins an on-call rotation.

Supports digital banking and deposit operations by processing daily work, resolving customer and employee issues, maintaining digital banking products, handling electronic funds transfers, reviewing reports, managing disputes, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Serves as the bank’s digital banking subject matter expert, performs data cleanup and quality control, supports fraud identification, and assists with training and process improvement.

Support the VP Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to the Compliance Management System with emphasis on deposit regulations. Serve as subject-matter expert, conduct internal monitoring reviews, review disclosures and marketing materials, assist with audits/exams, oversee complaint management, train staff, communicate regulatory changes, and compile risk committee materials.
