Teams at Centreville Bank

Supports digital banking and deposit operations by processing daily work, resolving customer and employee issues, maintaining digital banking products, handling electronic funds transfers, reviewing reports, managing disputes, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Serves as the bank’s digital banking subject matter expert, performs data cleanup and quality control, supports fraud identification, and assists with training and process improvement.

Support the VP Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to the Compliance Management System with emphasis on deposit regulations. Serve as subject-matter expert, conduct internal monitoring reviews, review disclosures and marketing materials, assist with audits/exams, oversee complaint management, train staff, communicate regulatory changes, and compile risk committee materials.

Prepare underwriting and financial analysis for commercial loan requests, monitor loan portfolios, evaluate credit risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and support Credit Manager and Chief Credit Officer with projects and post-closing documentation.
