The Dynamics Consulting Manager oversees consulting and project management teams, ensuring project delivery, team development, and high customer satisfaction while managing complex client issues and partnerships.

Supports account executives by registering deals, creating quotes and opportunities, maintaining account data, monitoring trends, identifying cross-sell opportunities, assisting with forecasting, processing won opportunities, coordinating customer follow-up, and updating statements of work. Maintains vendor relationships and completes sales documentation and service-related forms. This is a hybrid role based in Houston, Texas, with local customer-site travel.

Design, deploy, validate, implement, maintain, and upgrade scalable IT infrastructure across servers, networking, cloud, storage, email systems, firewalls, remote access, and security platforms. Manage on-premises and hosted data centers, virtualization, enterprise cloud migrations, and managed cloud services. Support infrastructure operations, optimization, continuous improvement, and client-focused IT solution delivery.

Assess and document client IT environments, validate assets and security controls, troubleshoot Tier 2 infrastructure and endpoint issues, and deploy onboarding tools and equipment. Configure Microsoft and networking technologies, identify risks and remediation needs, coordinate with project and support teams, maintain technical documentation, and support go-live and operational handoff. Frequent client-site travel and occasional out-of-town travel are required.

Provide Tier 1 IT help desk support: troubleshoot and resolve user issues, onboard clients, assist with hardware racking/cabling, perform imaging/deployment, document projects, escalate as needed, and participate in after-hours on-call rotations.

Design, specify, and oversee implementation of IT infrastructure solutions. Gather requirements, assess existing systems, recommend improvements, support sales and implementation teams, and travel to client sites as needed.

The Senior Technical Consultant will design and implement Azure Virtual Desktop solutions, optimize performance, and troubleshoot complex issues while collaborating with clients to meet their needs.
