Lead development, productization, and go-to-market of managed service offerings across Microsoft cloud, security, BI, and AI. Define packages, pricing, SLAs, and enablement; drive cross-functional execution, customer feedback, and commercial adoption to grow revenue and margins.

Provide Tier 1 IT help desk support: troubleshoot and resolve user issues, onboard clients, assist with hardware racking/cabling, perform imaging/deployment, document projects, escalate as needed, and participate in after-hours on-call rotations.

Design, specify, and oversee implementation of IT infrastructure solutions. Gather requirements, assess existing systems, recommend improvements, support sales and implementation teams, and travel to client sites as needed.
