Lead end-to-end finance and actuarial technology projects, managing integrated planning, budgets, vendors, risks, dependencies, governance, stakeholder alignment, change management, and BAU handover. Ensure delivery meets scope, schedule, quality, and business-case objectives while coordinating multi-workstream initiatives and supporting solution adoption and benefits realization.

Own end-to-end solution architecture for finance and actuarial transformation. Translate business requirements into scalable architectures across ERP, actuarial, data, integration, and cloud platforms. Define target-state architecture, lead governance and review forums, evaluate vendors, guide delivery teams through implementation and stabilization, and engage executive stakeholders. The role requires enterprise finance ERP delivery, integration and data architecture, cloud migration, security and privacy expertise, and experience leading cross-functional workshops.

Plan, design, and execute functional, integration, SIT, and UAT testing for finance and actuarial systems. Validate financial calculations and reporting, maintain requirements traceability, automate regression suites, manage defects, reconcile data using SQL, test APIs and message-based interfaces, and coordinate UAT with business stakeholders. Support risk-based test planning and provide quality assurance for go-live decisions across ERP implementations and system integrations.

Develop and productionize advanced analytics, statistical, and machine learning models using finance and actuarial data. Frame business problems, perform exploratory analysis, build analytical data products, and deliver forecasting, cost analytics, anomaly detection, automation, and reporting intelligence. Translate findings into actionable stakeholder insights through visualization and storytelling while supporting model risk, ethics, governance, MLOps deployment, and finance data quality.

Supports the Project Manager with engagement coordination, administration, reporting, plan updates, meeting administration, register maintenance, and document control. Maintains the engagement’s operational rhythm and enables the Project Manager to focus on client relationships and commercial accountability. Reports to the Project or Senior Project Manager and works functionally through the PMO under the Delivery Director.

Provides administrative support to Project Coordinators and Project Managers across assigned digital engagements. Responsibilities include scheduling, data entry, filing, logistics, and maintaining day-to-day engagement records so project leadership can focus on coordination and delivery accountability. Reports through the PMO to the Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or Delivery Director.

Owns Zoho One implementations end to end, including discovery, requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, Deluge scripting, testing, client demonstrations, delivery coordination, training, go-live support, and handover to Customer Success. The role works across CRM, Books, People, Desk, Creator, and Analytics, supports sales activities, coordinates light-tier engagements, and contributes reusable implementation patterns to the Zoho practice.

Build and maintain custom Zoho One solutions, including end-to-end Zoho Creator applications, complex Deluge workflows, REST API integrations, webhooks, and data migrations. Estimate development effort, identify technical risks, apply version control and code reviews, unit test components, resolve UAT defects, and produce technical documentation. The role also contributes reusable components to the Zoho practice library while working within consultant and architect-defined boundaries.

Translate client business problems into clear technology requirements. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, map current and future processes, create user stories and acceptance criteria, maintain traceability, coordinate UAT, manage scope decisions and change, support adoption activities, and contribute to reusable analysis assets while mentoring junior analysts.

Generate and qualify outbound and inbound sales pipeline through account research, multi-touch prospecting, cold calls, email, LinkedIn outreach, and discovery-call scheduling. Maintain accurate Zoho CRM records, meet activity and meeting targets, brief sales teams on qualified opportunities, and collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and ICP refinement. Develop knowledge of AI, Zoho, Newgen, cybersecurity, and related consulting offerings.

Own the full B2B sales cycle from qualified opportunity through signed engagement, including discovery, negotiation, proposal coordination, forecasting, and delivery handoff. Partner with pre-sales on technical positioning and demos, maintain Zoho CRM accuracy, achieve new-business and expansion targets, and develop accounts post-signature with Customer Success and Account Management. The role requires significant travel to South African client sites and occasional travel to Texas.

Own commercial growth across existing B2B accounts, including renewals, retention, expansion, contract renegotiation, forecasting, and revenue targets. Maintain account plans, lead quarterly business reviews, resolve commercial issues, and coordinate Customer Success, Engagement, Practice, and Finance teams. Travel to client sites is required for reviews and renewal discussions. The role offers hybrid working and progression toward Senior Account Manager or Account Director.

Convert qualified opportunities into commercially defensible proposals by leading discovery, applying qualification methodologies, estimating effort, assessing complexity and risk, writing executive proposals, coordinating technical inputs, coaching account executives, maintaining proposal assets, and supporting negotiations and win-loss reviews. The role requires consulting or technology delivery experience, margin modelling, estimator tools, and cross-practice solution scoping.

Own solution architecture authority across engagements and lead pre-sales for major pursuits. Responsibilities include architecture reviews and sign-off, build-versus-buy decisions, solution shaping, demonstrations, proofs of concept, estimation approval, proposal authorship, and review of custom development. The role maintains reference architectures, integration patterns, security baselines, and claims substantiation discipline while advising senior client stakeholders and helping shape the firm's future structure.

Lead technology consulting engagements from contract signature through close. Responsibilities include defining plans, scope, governance, resources, budgets, risks, issues, changes, billing inputs, client communications, audit trails, and closeout activities. The role coordinates delivery teams, manages client relationships, resolves resourcing conflicts, and ensures engagements meet time, scope, and value objectives. Hybrid work and travel to client sites are required.

Designs end-to-end technical solutions spanning Zoho One, custom development, AI, cloud, integrations, and security. Produces architecture documentation, supports pre-sales, manages architectural decisions, reviews delivery work, and ensures POPIA-aware data protection. The role designs third-party integrations, contributes to safe AI solutions, maintains reference architectures and security baselines, and mentors consultants. It requires client-facing consulting experience, multi-platform solution design, cloud and AI knowledge, and at least five years of software delivery experience.
