Assess clients’ advertising, analytics, and search platforms; evaluate native AI capabilities across campaign management, targeting, bidding, creative, measurement, and analysis; identify automation gaps and opportunities for differentiated intelligence. Advise on SEO, AEO, AI search visibility, marketing data access, consent, and POPIA compliance. Support marketing use-case scoring and pilot selection during client AI engagements.

Designs secure, costed, and operable end-to-end AI solutions from use case through production. Responsibilities include selecting models and cloud platforms, designing retrieval and data architectures, integrating AI with Zoho and client systems, embedding privacy and security controls, estimating delivery and operating costs, supporting presales, and governing architecture decisions. Requires production LLM experience, cloud architecture expertise, privacy-regime knowledge, and leadership throughout delivery.

Own the data and integration layer of AI consulting engagements. Assess data readiness, map system landscapes, design integrations across Zoho and business platforms, define data models and master data mappings, specify document and operational knowledge pipelines, and design management intelligence data flows. Ensure POPIA compliance across data flows and collaborate with client Zoho partners. The role is hybrid, with occasional client-site work and travel.
