Lead end-to-end finance and actuarial technology projects, managing integrated planning, budgets, vendors, risks, dependencies, governance, stakeholder alignment, change management, and BAU handover. Ensure delivery meets scope, schedule, quality, and business-case objectives while coordinating multi-workstream initiatives and supporting solution adoption and benefits realization.

Own end-to-end solution architecture for finance and actuarial transformation. Translate business requirements into scalable architectures across ERP, actuarial, data, integration, and cloud platforms. Define target-state architecture, lead governance and review forums, evaluate vendors, guide delivery teams through implementation and stabilization, and engage executive stakeholders. The role requires enterprise finance ERP delivery, integration and data architecture, cloud migration, security and privacy expertise, and experience leading cross-functional workshops.

Plan, design, and execute functional, integration, SIT, and UAT testing for finance and actuarial systems. Validate financial calculations and reporting, maintain requirements traceability, automate regression suites, manage defects, reconcile data using SQL, test APIs and message-based interfaces, and coordinate UAT with business stakeholders. Support risk-based test planning and provide quality assurance for go-live decisions across ERP implementations and system integrations.
