Lead and grow Central Bank's Tulsa commercial lending presence by coaching a lender team, originating and managing commercial, real estate, and construction loans, executing market strategies, analyzing financials, structuring credit, and ensuring portfolio quality, compliance, and strong client service.

Provide part-time administrative and program support for customer experience initiatives: monitor and route feedback, maintain tracking tools, prepare communications, identify recurring issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer and employee experience.

Manage trust, estate, IRA, and investment accounts; administer fiduciary duties per trust documents and law; advise clients on estate, tax, and financial planning; coordinate external advisors; deepen client relationships and handle complex family dynamics while collaborating with bank referral sources.

Manage client investment portfolios, develop and execute comprehensive financial, tax, insurance, and estate planning strategies, lead client meetings, support new business development, and grow regional market share while collaborating with advisors.

Provide front-desk and customer service support: answer phones, greet customers, handle basic banking transactions (balance inquiries, stop payments, transfers, check orders, debit card requests, Reg E disputes), assist tellers and loan administration with light duties, follow banking compliance and security procedures, operate office and teller equipment, and maintain confidential records.

The Mortgage Lender originates residential mortgage loans by networking and marketing to referrals, managing applications, ensuring compliance, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

The Sales and Trading Representative supports the sales and management of investment-grade bonds, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Perform accurate data entry and balancing of incoming co-mingled cash letters and mobile deposit reviews. Complete Excel blotter entries, verify mobile deposits, meet daily deadlines, and maintain professional conduct and punctual attendance.

Manage escrow account adjustments and reconciliations, work with customers and insurance providers, balance and distribute checks, audit files for compliance (flood, hazard, private mortgage, lender-placed), review reports to ensure timely payments, and handle department mail.
