The Financial Advisor provides investment advice, manages client portfolios, ensures compliance with regulations, and fosters relationships for referrals and business growth.

Provide administrative support to commercial loan officers, maintain customer accounts, ensure compliance with lending policies and Bank Secrecy Act, train and lead lending assistants, liaise with loan operations, credit, and external parties (title, appraisal, insurance), and implement procedures and training to address regulatory changes.

Provide phone, email, and occasional in-person support for consumer, small business, and debit/credit card customers; process payments and applications, maintain CRM records, resolve account issues, follow bank procedures, and complete training and special projects.

The Mortgage Lender originates residential mortgage loans by networking and marketing to referrals, managing applications, ensuring compliance, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
