The Financial Advisor provides investment advice, manages client portfolios, ensures compliance with regulations, and fosters relationships for referrals and business growth.

Provide administrative support to commercial loan officers, maintain customer accounts, ensure compliance with lending policies and Bank Secrecy Act, train and lead lending assistants, liaise with loan operations, credit, and external parties (title, appraisal, insurance), and implement procedures and training to address regulatory changes.

Provide day-to-day support for business credit card customers and market sales teams, including onboarding, documentation, procedure development, and ongoing program maintenance. Assist with proposals, scheduling, and cross-team projects while ensuring accurate setup and operational support of customer programs.
