Supports safe deposit operations across multiple branches, including customer access, contracts, billing, audits, compliance, drilling assistance, and procedure training. Administers iSTEP and CRM sales reporting systems by generating reports, researching discrepancies, training users, troubleshooting issues, and supporting Microsoft CRM implementation. Provides reception coverage, customer service, operational assistance, and regulatory compliance while maintaining confidentiality and traveling regularly within the market territory.

Manages commercial banking relationships, serves as a trusted advisor, develops new business, grows loan and deposit production, and partners with internal teams. Underwrites C&I and CRE credit requests, analyzes financial statements and business data, structures credit products, prepares recommendations, assesses risk, and maintains asset quality. Leads community and business development efforts while delivering high-quality service to commercial clients.

Manages commercial banking relationships, develops new business, grows loan and deposit portfolios, and advises complex clients. Responsibilities include commercial credit underwriting, financial statement and cash flow analysis, credit structuring, risk assessment, credit recommendations, referral partnerships, and community business development.
