Supports Treasury and Business Solutions operations by assisting internal and external stakeholders, coordinating product onboarding and implementation, troubleshooting issues, preparing documents, testing Remote Deposit Capture equipment, training users, reviewing agreements and reports, completing audits, and supporting special projects. The role also identifies customer needs and qualifies opportunities for referral to sales teams.

Provides administrative support to executive management, facilities management, accounting, and business banking. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, maintaining records, processing invoices and expenses, managing facilities work orders, coordinating fleet reservations, supporting board and executive dining rooms, assisting with reports and data entry, handling customer and vendor issues, and submitting security requests. Maintains confidentiality and supports compliance with banking regulations and information security initiatives.

Supports business credit card customers and market sales teams by managing communications, maintaining procedures, setting up customer relationships in processing systems, verifying documentation, and providing ongoing program support. Provides administrative assistance with proposals, scheduling, correspondence, documentation, and project tasks while managing complex workflows and competing priorities.
