Provides operational leadership and administrative oversight for a hospitalist program. Supervises Hospitalist Assistants, manages staffing, scheduling, payroll, coverage, patient assignment workflows, and communication processes. Supports onboarding, training, performance management, and staff development while serving as an operational resource for physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff. Identifies operational issues, leads process improvements, and helps implement department policies and priorities.

Provide patient-centered nutrition care across inpatient and outpatient settings using the nutrition care process: assess, diagnose, intervene, and monitor. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, deliver nutrition education to patients and families, implement safety and Family Centered Care principles, and support nutrition-related clinic workflows (inpatient or GI clinic schedules).

As a Cytotechnologist, you will prepare and process cytology specimens, screen for cellular changes, assist with data management, and ensure quality assurance.

Provide direct patient care under RNs' supervision, assist with individualized nursing care plans, coordinate appointments, communicate with patients by phone and in person, perform clerical tasks, and support patient physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.

Sanitize dishware and kitchen equipment, assist with plating meals and catering support, maintain a clean, safe kitchen, follow food safety and infection prevention standards, and work rotating shifts to support patient meal services.

Maintain accurate financial records and produce timely reports for CentraCare Health entities. Apply intermediate US GAAP knowledge, collaborate with accounting staff, and support month-end close processes. Must be self-directed, detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

Protect hospital patients, employees, visitors, and property by conducting patrols, responding to emergency codes, monitoring high-risk patients, detaining violators, documenting incidents, and coordinating with law enforcement. The role requires security equipment certifications, emergency medical training, BLS certification, a valid driver’s license, fingerprinting, and communication skills. This is a part-time position with variable shifts and full-time training requirements.

Provides comprehensive patient care across medical-surgical, obstetrics, and emergency departments. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care; educating patients and families; and coordinating or supervising team members. The role begins in Med-Surg with cross-training to Mom/Baby and the ER, with opportunities to advance into charge nurse or nursing supervisor positions.

Analyze posted transactions to identify causes of credit balances and resolve them via refunds, transfers, reversals, or adjustments. Research EOBs/payments, update accounts, communicate with payers and patients, maintain compliance (HIPAA), produce reports, and collaborate with departments to meet accounts receivable goals.

Provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services, including medication order verification, dispensing, pharmacokinetic consultation, protocol monitoring, medication reconciliation, and pharmacy technician supervision. Precepts pharmacy students and PGY-1 residents while supporting patient safety and care for patients of all ages. Works rotating 12-hour day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Processes health plan and payer utilization review requirements, including managed care referrals, pre-certifications, and prior authorizations. Coordinates with physicians, clinic staff, external healthcare providers, patients, and families to support timely, accurate authorization decisions and quality patient care. Provides customer service, follows patient safety practices, and supports Family Centered Care principles. This is a part-time, majority-remote weekday role with occasional onsite meetings and training.

Create and maintain staff schedules systemwide using census/acuity data; allocate personnel, handle last-minute changes, audit timecards, produce reports, forecast staffing needs, and communicate staffing issues to management and nursing leadership.

Provides patient rooming, telephone screening, medication and immunization administration, clinical procedure assistance, patient communication, documentation in electronic medical records, and recognition of urgent care needs in an allergy and asthma clinic.

Provide on-site hospital security by monitoring patients, staff, guests, and property; respond to emergency codes; patrol lots and clinics; manage aggressive or at-risk patients; write incident reports; and coordinate with law enforcement.

Provide clinical pharmacy care in the Cancer Center: review and verify oncology and infusion medication orders, oversee chemotherapy and infusion preparation by technicians, use the EMR for accurate documentation, consult with providers and nurses on medication therapies and protocols, and follow hazardous medication safety standards.

Provide security and safety for hospital patients, staff, guests and property through patrols, responding to emergency codes, managing aggressive or at-risk patients, writing incident reports, and coordinating with law enforcement. Maintain certifications and complete required training and fingerprinting.
