This role is responsible for systems requirements, designing, documenting, implementing and maintaining the Oracle software application and data infrastructure within the Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) department. Researches, analyzes, and outlines the goals for various ERP-based software and/or data solutions that support the business and IS&T strategies. Ensuring architectural solutions meet technical and functional requirements throughout the development and maintenance of integrated solutions. The Oracle Systems Architect will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and teams to understand the business needs and ensure solutions are designed to perform efficiently and meet required standards and expectations.
Schedule:
- Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Remote
- Day shift | 8am-4:30pm
- Occasional requirements to be on site at a CentraCare location
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay begins at $139,734.40 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
Salary range: $139,734.40 - $209,539.20 per year
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor of Science or Technology in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems required
- Proven experience as an Oracle Software/Systems Architect required
- 8 years Previous experience in Oracle software implementation, troubleshooting, and support preferred
- Experience with Oracle Reporting skills – to include OTBI, BI, Fast Formulas, FSR preferred
Oracle security build, auditing on user security, build and maintenance of interfaces, and Oracle Cluster Registry support skills experience preferred
